- 2 medium sized Spaghetti Squash
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Pasta Sauce of your choice
- Nutritional Yeast
- Daiya Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375′f
- Halve and scoop out seeds and guts from spaghetti squash. Place cut side up on baking sheet and drizzle with oil-izzle. Season with salt, pepper and a light dusting of cinnamon. Bake for one hour +/- until you can stick a fork easily through. Let cool.
- Scoop out insides of the squash and flake with fork to achieve noodly-goodness! Top with your sauce of choice – the meatier the better – and nutrition yeast and cheese. I usually give mine a quick zap in the microwave for about 60 sec to get the cheeses oooy-goooy.
